This is behind my house. I love Skaneateles Creek - for some reason, it reminds me of some trout stream in England - even though I've never been there and have no idea what their trout streams look like. I probably read Watership Down too much:

It is so very peaceful fishing up and down this stream....

At the south end of Skaneateles Lake, in the town of Scott, it has the feeling of a Loch in Scotland:

Grout Brook, which empties the lake, it a beautiful place to build a home, I believe

It looks OK, but I feel it may have too much orange and look too much like fall time.
